Hi, my name is Robert Holden, and it's my pleasure to welcome you to the Hay House World Summit 2016, 100 Conversations with 100 Authors.
authors. Conversations for your soul. Conversations for your health and your well-being. Conversations
to help you heal your life. And today I'm talking to Anthony William. So what were you
up to when you were four years old? Kicking a ball? Playing with a doll? Kicking your
knows i mean you know most of us that's what we're doing anthony william you so were not doing that
four years old let's just dive straight in tell us what happened when you were
four years old sitting at a dinner table minding your own business
and then and then a voice perfectly clear you know instructed me to get up out of my chair
to slide off my chair and walk up to my grandmother, put my hand on her and pronounce
that grandmother has lung cancer. And that's how it all started. And that voice, you know,
I had to pronounce it. It took a couple of tries. And then finally it came out of me. Grandma has
lung cancer. And everybody just was in shock at the table. And it all started there. They took
her in, even though she wasn't exhibiting symptoms. And lo and behold, she had lung cancer. They did
the x-rays and the whole bit. So it all started at that age. It's never stopped since.
Oh my goodness. Well, of course they were in shock. I mean, that just doesn't happen to normal
people, Anthony. How amazing, how amazing for that to happen. So look, it happened. And as you say,
the diagnosis came back. But that's just the beginning of the story. I'm just curious,
just from a family perspective for a moment, even before we get to your perspective on the
whole thing, how did your family handle this situation? You know, it was difficult. It was
difficult on them because it didn't stop there. So, you know, as growing up, I would tug on
somebody's shirt collar, a shirt sleeve. And then I would say, hey, you know, this is what's
happening. You know, that you have this going on. This is what's going on with your health. And,
you know, you have liver disease. And so it was really, it was in the way. It was in the way is
what it was. It was in the way of normal, of normal, you know, the whole normal structure
of a family and the normal structure of life. It was completely in the way.
And there you are as a young boy learning on the go about this experience.
But I'm also thinking, of course, then your family are learning on the go, too, as to how to handle this.
I'm just curious.
I mean, I could imagine a range of responses here.
I could imagine you wanting to suppress it, to be cautious, to learn about it.
Oh, yeah.
discover what what what was tell us a bit more about about the response to this phenomenon which
we can only describe as a phenomenon you know it was a responsibility and i didn't want to want to
have that responsibility so young and i learned my lesson as i uh got out of the single digits
digits and was was turning into a teenager and when you tap on someone's shoulder and tell them
they have something wrong with them it wasn't cute anymore you know i learned how to say hey i have
to be reserved. You know, I have to be careful with this. And I struggled with it. I struggled.
One of the things I did was I would climb the tallest trees possible because I would always
hear the voice. I felt like I couldn't talk to God and ask God, listen, I just need this voice
to go away. I don't want spirit talking to me anymore. I want to go through you direct. I want
to cut out the middleman. So I would climb the tallest trees possible at age eight, nine, 10
years old and I would carve at the top of the tree. I want to be free. I want to, you know,
I don't want to work for this voice anymore and helping people. And when I was carving in one
time at the tallest tree, I was carving in, look, I want my freedom. I slipped off the branch and
was a hundred, a hundred plus feet off the ground, hanging by a branch up in the tree. And I luckily
got climbed down, crawled back, you know, onto the tree off the branch and climbed back down.
and I was defeated. There was a lot of moments in my life where I got defeated again. Like,
this isn't going to leave me. I have to live with this. This isn't going to go away. No one's going
to fix this. You know, there's a saying where you can, you know, there's always someone in this
world somewhere that can do anything. You just have to find them. So, you know, I thought, hey,
I have to find that person so I can move out of this gift and get rid of it, so I can stop hearing the voice.
I don't want the responsibility.
But that never came true.
I had to live with it, keep the gift.
I couldn't find that someone to free me or somebody, that magical person somewhere on the planet that can dive down to the deepest ocean, that can do something someone else can't.
I couldn't find that person to free me of this gift, so I had to live with it and live with the defeat.
Wow.
Now, this voice described itself to you as the spirit of the Most High.
Yeah, now, what happened as a child says, I was old enough to start asking questions.
You know, first thing was, are you God?
And no, spirit said, no, I'm not God.
I'll tell you what, I'm not.
I'm not an angel.
I'm not a person, was never a person, was never a human being at any living time.
I'm a word.
So I was just puzzled. How can a word be talking to me? How can a word? And Spirit said, I'm the living word compassion. The living word compassion. And that is a word that has a life to it. It's a living word. And there's other living words too.
and they have spoken to other people over the years or over the centuries,
but this living word is speaking to me.
And it took years to just wrap my head around, this doesn't make sense.
This has to be a ghost.
It has to be a spirit.
It has to be maybe an angel.
But no, it's a living word, and it's a living word compassion.
So I've had to just work off of that.
I call spirit, spirit.
I call this living word spirit.
It makes it easy. It's easy. It makes sense to others. And so that's how I do it.
Now, your book, Medical Medium, Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal,
has, I mean, it's just flown out into the world and just landed on thousands and thousands and thousands of people's lap.
It's a compelling read. I think you've written it in both an intimate way, so it's partly like, in that sense, it's got a sort of a memoir quality to it.
But then, of course, it's just packed with information, stunning amounts of information.
And you make the point, Anthony, I'm not a doctor, I have no medical training, but I have information.
I have information that can help, and it can help with chronic challenges and life-threatening illnesses.
I'm just curious, if we just stay with the relationship for a moment to Spirit,
how did you learn to trust this relationship?
You know, it was difficult.
You know, one way to trust it was, you know, a classmate of mine,
I was in elementary school, a classmate of mine was sitting next to me.
Well, Spirit said that my classmate had meningitis.
That classmate wasn't exhibiting any symptoms.
So I went to the teacher and I said, well, John has meningitis.
And she was in shock.
She thought maybe John told me that.
Then she thought maybe, you know, I knew someone else that had it.
She was totally confused.
Like, what do you mean?
How's this possible?
So she interviewed John.
He was perfectly fine.
He never even heard of meningitis.
He didn't even know what the word meant.
And later that night, he had a fever of 105 degrees.
and he wasn't in school the next day because he was in the hospital with meningitis.
So that's when the trust, it had to come in pieces like that.
You know, that's one way along the way.
And then again, I just, you know, where I go to with this is that then, of course,
the community of people around you are also being exposed at exactly the same time that you are to this phenomenon.
and how was that?
I mean, how did the school handle it?
You know, it wasn't easy.
It had to be suppressed for the most part in many occasions.
You know, I would release the information as I did,
but I had to be cautious.
My family knew I had to be cautious.
They had to be cautious.
It was, I mean, it's different now.
If someone has a gift now in this day and age,
it still can get balked at.
You still have skeptics, of course.
I mean, I was born a skeptic.
So, you know, I had to live with this gift of being a skeptic.
That's what made it even harder, by the way.
But so there's skeptics out there and there's all kinds of, you know, the whole thing.
So but in today's day and age, it's more accepted.
Back then, you know, we're talking like you can be crucified.
Yes.
Yeah.
No, absolutely.
Because this is something that we can't get our intellect around.
and the intellect seems to be in charge of the debate so often
and yet clearly on an occasion like this,
the intellect has to bow its head and say,
look, this is more than I know what to do with.
I'm curious, did you ask the why me question ever?
Absolutely, all the time.
There are other people that have had this gift
and there are a lot of people that get given the gift
every so many years.
So the problem is that making it through it and not leaving here early is the problem.
Like the struggle is so rough because it's a voice you hear all the time.
It's on the outside of the body.
So that means that you're not channeling it.
You're not using intuition.
You're not doing any of that.
It's a voice you hear on the outside of the body that's speaking to you like someone's with you.
You know, whenever they're walking around with you, it's like a friend talking to you.
So what happens is it makes it so difficult to function like a normal person through the teenage years that people just drop off like flies that get the gift.
It's basically the strongest survives.
I'm not saying I'm the strongest by any means, but I survived it somehow without basically, you know, ending my life because that's how difficult it is.
So a group of people get given the gift.
We see who survives in that century.
We see who survives.
That's what I'm told by spirit.
Do I feel special because I survived?
I don't know how I made it.
I don't know how.
I mean, I had the times where I was like, you know what, this is torture,
and I'm done here, all through the early years.
And I've pushed through, I've shoved through,
and giving people information for their health 30 years ago, 35 years ago,
with information that we know now was the hardest part
because spirit knows about the information no matter what the timing is.
So telling people to do this and this and this for their diet,
and this is what they need, when it was foreign 35 years ago,
so foreign that even just getting off of wheat or wheat gluten was so foreign,
never mind anything else more complicated than that,
that's what made it even harder.
It was a constant, like, I got to pace myself.
I have to be cautious to what I release.
I got to help people as much as I can.
And so it's been just torture.
But it's a gift.
I've had to work with it.
It's not a curse like I thought it was originally.
And I've been at it ever since.
And did you get a satisfactory answer to why me?
Yeah, no.
The answer was it's given to people who are thought or believed
believed to have the strength to ride out the part where you leave this place and you end your life.
So it's given to people that are thought to be maybe the ones that can sustain this and make it
as long as they can. And so it was just, it's a luck of the draw. Wow, how interesting. And
And along the way in this relationship, were you able to set some boundaries?
Like, you know, I would rather you didn't speak to me in the afternoons.
I don't know.
I'm making it up.
I don't know.
No, no, I did.
I did all I can with that.
I really did.
When I had to do the training in the cemeteries back when I was 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 years old,
I had to do some training.
had to go into cemeteries, spirit wanted me to see how people died
and see if I can actually make the correlation without spirit telling me.
So spirit was putting me through training grounds.
So I'd have to know if someone died of heart disease, someone died of cancer,
someone died of suicide, someone died of broken heart,
someone died of whatever, an accident.
So it was a training ground that had to build along the way too
that made it also kind of a whole difficult situation along with that.
And then there was the ego coming in, you know, the ego coming in because I was able to know what's wrong with people and I was able to surprise people.
And I was able to, so the ego started building.
So, and when that ego started building, spirit set me straight and put me right.
I remember when I was in my garden and I was pulling out some onions and a neighbor came over and the neighbor came over and said, I don't know how my wife got better.
She's been to every clinic.
She's been to every doctor.
We've been looking for years and years.
And you knew it was wrong.
And you knew she had arsenic poisoning.
And you knew how to get the arsenic out of her system so she could walk again.
How is that possible?
And I looked up at my neighbor and I said, because I'm always right.
I'm never wrong.
I'm never going to be wrong ever, ever.
You better remember that and never forget it because I'm never wrong and I'm always right.
And I sat, I got up off the ground.
I walked a few feet.
I stepped on a rake backwards, like a hoe type of rake backwards.
It hit me in the face, slammed me hard, knocked me clean out, was unconscious, was laying there.
And as I was coming out of that, being completely knocked out, coming out of that, my neighbor was standing above me and looking.
And as I was coming out of it, Spirit said, you remember this.
I'm always right and you're always wrong, Anthony.
I'm always right and you're always wrong and never forget it.
And I had to kind of learn right there and then that, okay, you know what?
I'm a normal person.
I'm not right about everything.
Just because Spirit gives me the correct information for people so they can find their answers.
And the ego had to just break right there.
I mean, I'm not saying I don't have, I mean, everybody's got an ego somewhere floating around them anywhere.
I'm just saying I had to be humbled in a way that I wasn't.
That's when I was like, okay, I got burned by the stove.
You know, my fingers hit the stove.
It's hot.
And I had to make sure it was, you know, contained at that point.
So now, so now you're a medical medium.
The name of the book, Medical Medium.
Is that how you like to describe yourself best, Anthony?
Yes, it's the easiest way in the sense that it's about the message getting out there.
And medical medium is something that was just basically,
look, this is about understanding other people's problems in a way that uncovers the secrets.
So yeah, exactly.
Exactly. Yeah. And so just to fill in one more little bit of the picture before we get into, if you like, the processes, the information, and we're going to do a meditation together as well, which I'm really excited about. Just talk us through how you work with people today.
Sure, absolutely.
You know, when someone comes to me,
Spirit will know what's going on
and know how to move them forward as fast as possible.
If there are things available, resources available that exist now,
and we're not waiting 10 years for those available things,
like for instance, years and years ago when I would work with someone
and move them forward and give them the information,
it didn't mean that some things were actually available to help them.
So it's a waiting game.
How many years can I stay alive?
How many years are things created by other amazing people creating things for people's health
so that we can get the right things into people?
Because I can't just set up a lab and start creating things, and then it doesn't work that way.
So I have to wait for the rest of the world to catch up to what spirit offers
so the person can get what they need.
And so that's part of how it works.
But I've been doing this work and have helped tens of thousands of people for years and years and years get the information they need to move forward.
So that's kind of how it works a little bit.
And I'm curious, are you able to train people?
Well, you know, people have – everybody has their own gift.
They have their gift and they have a purpose.
We all have that.
And so if someone has their gift that they have, I can help them, of course, enhance it in any way possible.
um you know i can also you know help people develop their intuition of course and build on that
all of that i mean but i never promised anyone they're going to hear a voice from the outside
of the body that's going to give all the answers to everybody yeah well look let's let's let's get
into the foundation for health and some of those um essential parts of of for good health that you
can teach us about over the course of this conversation that we would do well to adhere
to and to follow?
You know, there's a few things going on.
Right now, we're actually not getting healthier.
More people are getting sicker.
And that's something we have to come to terms with.
If we're not honest about that, if we're not open about the fact that more and more
people are getting everything from thyroid disease, Hashimoto's, lupus, fibromyalgia,
you know, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's, Addison's, Cushing's.
I mean, it goes on.
Raynaud's syndrome disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, brain fog, memory loss.
It goes on and on.
Fatigue, all of it.
And it's getting worse.
So we have instead 20, 30 years ago, 40 years ago, a certain amount of women and some men
getting sick or tired.
we have millions and millions and millions now.
So we're at a dangerous place.
We're at a dangerous place.
We're at a place, we're on the edge.
And if we're not open about it,
and we're not saying, hey, look, it's getting worse.
It's not getting better.
Anxiety, depression, there's more people with anxiety and depression
and insomnia and anything else.
It's worse than it ever was.
And it's so true.
And just to say as well, Anthony,
I mean, from my background, you know, my work, it's, yeah, the mental health stats have gone through the roof right now.
You know, we are, there's more mental illness than ever before.
Our happiness levels have plateaued for the last 50 years.
In fact, in about 1950, it was two-thirds of people would say they were, sorry, one in two would say they were very happy.
Today, it's a third of people that would say they're very happy.
So in some ways, we've gone down.
So physically, we're in trouble.
Mentally and emotionally, we're struggling, aren't we?
We are.
We are.
And it has to come out in the open.
More so.
And one of the things going wrong is that most of this is mystery illness.
But the problem is medical communities, medical research and science,
they kind of take a mystery illness and they just say,
well, it's the six kids in Idaho that have a mystery illness,
the ones that fell with the fever that no doctor knew it was wrong.
They're not saying it's all these other problems, illnesses, and symptoms.
No one's going there and saying they're still a mystery too.
And what breaks the soul and heart of so many people is when they leave the doctor's office
and they're told they have an autoimmune disease.
And what that means is, as far as what the medical system believes autoimmune means,
it means your body's attacking itself.
First of all, that's misinformation.
And when you leave, knowing that...
What do you mean by that? Let's go back to that.
Well, absolutely.
First of all, if someone's told they have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the body's attacking itself, it's an autoimmune disease, that's not accurate.
First of all, no one knows yet what causes Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
For the last 100 years, it's a mystery.
In fact, it's just a thyroid that's inflamed.
But for some reason, since the answers weren't there and no one had answers, the blame has been put on the person.
So that the woman that gets diagnosed with that is driving home and she does a little research, goes home, does a little research, and she's told through research that it means it's autoimmune and her body's attacking itself.
It's not accurate.
There's another cause.
Just because we don't know the causes, we end up pitting it on people and we put it on them.
It's a way, it's a medical denial.
And this is one of the big cornerstones or big landmarks that has to be moved over,
that has to be pushed over because something else has to come in
or we're not going to move forward.
Hundreds of millions of Americans, I mean 200 million Americans in the U.S. alone
are suffering from symptoms and mystery illness and autoimmune,
and nothing's being done as far as the big steps.
The first big step is we've got to get out of medical denial
and realize there's other causes to why someone's thyroid's inflamed
and their body isn't attacking themselves.
In fact, not at all.
The body loves us, ourselves, and it loves us unconditionally,
and it's working for you.
That's the first thing that has to be fixed is the body's working for us,
it loves you unconditionally, and it's not out to attack you.
There are other causes.
And this is one of the biggest problems we have.
So labels are stuck on everything.
You have fibromyalgia, you have Sjogren's, you have Addison's, you have chronic fatigue syndrome.
And yes, people are suffering.
So we use these labels to help in a way to identify.
But it also kind of negates the whole thing of what the causes are, what's really going on.
And we're not moving forward because of it.
We're in a really tricky situation at this point.
another 10 or 15 years from now, it's going to get to a new heightened level of people being sick
with these things and symptoms and the mystery illness and not being recognized or told they
have their bodies destroying themselves through autoimmune. Something's got to be done about it.
So that's one of the biggest problems we have right now. Anthony, I'm curious. I mean,
It strikes me that what you're asking us to do here is to be humble, actually, and to accept that illness is in many ways a learning curriculum for all of us.
We don't know enough about some of these new mystery illnesses to be experts in them yet.
We almost have to be educated in a way by the illness itself.
We have to try to be open-minded to have an appreciation for what might be going on.
Is there some purpose behind us all getting more and more ill that you are able to track?
Is there a plan around this somehow?
Yeah, there's some missing pieces to the foundation of health right now, some missing pieces,
meaning they're partly because of answers.
One thing is heavy metals, toxic heavy metals.
and toxic heavy metals that we're aware of.
That's not a mystery there.
We're aware of toxic, toxic heavy metals.
But what's happening is we have toxic heavy metals such as mercury in our system,
in our body that's hundreds of years old, hundreds of years old.
This isn't from the mercury just recently pulled out of mines
and then put into our, you know, cavities and put into our teeth.
This is the mercury that's been passed down from generation to generation
to generation to generation.
That's what this is.
And this mercury is a thousand years old
that's in us, some of us.
And it's literally homeopathically, you know,
given to us through a generation being passed on to it,
through our parents and grandparents
and great-grandparents and great-grandparents.
This mercury resides in us.
It's, we're getting intolerant to it.
We're finally-
What is the effect of that?
What is the effect of it?
The effect of it is memory loss, brain fog.
The effect of it is insomnia, sleeping disorders.
That's the effect.
And that's just some of the effect.
The other is neurological disorders, neurological symptoms, fatigue, liver problems, liver conditions, pre-fatty liver.
It's all of these things involved.
And so we're paying the price for mercury that's been pulled out of the ground hundreds and hundreds of years ago,
that's been poisoned into the family line and then passed down to us.
And we're paying the price because we're getting,
we're not tolerating it like we used to.
So there's ways of getting this.
And then we actually take on more mercury.
We take on more in other sources, in other places.
So we pull it in in other places in our own lifetime,
some of us more than others, depending on our exposure.
So we're getting to a place where if it's not recognized properly
and that people don't have the instructions to remove new mercury
and old mercury going all the way back.
Back in the 1800s, in 1900s, early 1900s,
there was a felting process with your hat.
The felting companies, the hat makers,
everybody there would have to dip their hats in a solution of mercury.
So hats were soaked with the mercury solution.
Not only did the people in the hat factory die in three years,
every time they got the job, they only had three years to five years to live.
Everybody walking around in the 1800s, all the men had the brow sweat coming off,
right off the hat, mercury going into the body.
We have been saturated in our bloodlines and it's ignored or it's just not even understood.
But so getting the mercury out, there's something called pass the football.
See, when we do chelation or we eat things or take things or supplements to pull mercury out,
one of the most powerful ways that Spirit has offered me to get mercury out gently
so people don't feel sick from it or anything.
There's a gentle way, and it's called passing the football.
What this means is there's a certain group of items I want to mention so people can help
and bring their life back and start removing toxic heavy metals.
One of the things is spirulina.
That's one of the things to use.
Now, that's information known out there.
But understand this, though.
It's the other items all at the same time, meaning on the same day when you ingest or take.
Spirulina is one of them, Hawaiian spirulina.
Another thing is cilantro.
Now, we know cilantro takes out heavy metals.
But when it's on the same day as the spirulina, we're in a safer place.
And I'll tell you why.
because every item only has a little time before it drops the football.
It drops the mercury.
It lets it go.
It becomes irresponsible.
It fumbles the football.
It fumbles the mercury, and it gets back into the bloodstream, back into the body.
So in order to safeguard this,
the spirit taught me a way to bring people's health back that's really profound,
and that is you bring in the spirulina, the Hawaiian spirulina, in your diet.
You have the cilantro in your diet on the same day.
You have wild blueberries, which you can get them frozen, wild blueberries.
They remove mercury out of the brain and out of the liver.
And then you have barley grass juice powder at the same time.
And then you have dulse, which is a seaweed, Atlantic dulse.
And you have that in your diet.
If you put them together, that's fine.
if you sprinkle them out where you have a little cilantro on a salad,
maybe a little bit of seaweed, some dulse somewhere else,
and maybe a smoothie with the blueberries and the spirulina.
What happens is that each item gets into the system,
and when something pulls mercury out and it's running to try to get that touchdown,
it's running to take it to the line, the football to the line,
holding that mercury with all its might.
When it runs out of steam and decides to start losing grip on that mercury,
You got the next one to pick up on it.
This is not understood at all in holistic medicine or conventional medicine.
It's one of my secrets that spirit has given me.
It guarantees toxic heavy metals removed out of the body so someone can gain that foundation
and not fall prey to what's changing in the next 10, 15 years and the last 20, 30, 40 years with illness.
And so the whole point is that you get the mercury all the way out of the system
so it doesn't go back into the kidneys, back into the liver, back into the bloodstream.
And so these items that I mentioned, these sources, these sources that I'm talking about,
they grab onto the mercury and they take it to the finish line.
And when one gets lazy and drops it, the next one picks it up and it takes it all the way out.
So that's a big part of the healing process.
Huge part.
Again, so insightful.
That's my word for you, to be really honest.
You're giving us insights over and over and over again.
You've also got a radio show with Hay House Radio, yeah?
Yes, I do.
Yeah.
How are you enjoying that?
How's that going?
I look forward to it.
I really do.
I look forward to it.
I wasn't sure if I can do it because so much is going on.
And I just said, you know what?
I have to get the information out to people.
You know, I'm compelled to have to get as much as I can out to people.
So, you know, I just went into it and said, okay, this has to be done.
Absolutely.
I'm so pleased you're doing that.
Now, look, this is just one of the missing pieces that we're talking about here in terms
of a foundation for health.
How about the liver?
Let's talk about the liver for a moment.
Yeah, the liver is the other piece.
We have liver disease in this country, not just liver disease.
We have pre-liver disease that's hidden and under the wire.
It's ignored, not understood.
Medical research and science and testing can't detect pre-liver conditions.
It can't detect if there's a problem in the works 10 years before.
It can only detect it in certain cases, like liver enzymes and different profiles and so forth.
It can only detect it later on when it's at the wrong phase or the wrong stage,
when it starts becoming an illness of some kind in the liver.
But the early stuff, we walk around with sick livers.
This is what we do here on the planet.
This is a big deal.
So another powerful thing is reclaiming your liver back.
How do we do that?
Yep, yep.
Simplicity.
It's about simplicity.
You know, when we get complicated, sometimes we lose.
We lose out.
We have to remember that because the human race loves complication, loves making things complicated, loves complicated structures, complicated science, loves all of the above.
And we have to be careful because it doesn't always work out and it bites us in the hand.
And so simplicity is the way to deal with the liver.
That's one of the most powerful ways.
And that's celery juice.
Now, you know, I've talked about it before, but it's that important.
So anyone who's never heard this or someone who's heard about this from me,
they still should get reminded to do it.
If you're doing 12 to 16 ounces of straight celery juice.
But someone may say, well, wait a minute.
I do juice, but I throw all these other things in it.
I love that.
I want juices that are complicated.
it, but you also have to do one simplistic juice to get the liver to respond, and that's straight
celery juice. It's a tonic like no other for the liver. The mineral salts in the celery flush
through the liver and bind. They actually bind. So if you do a juice that has wheatgrass in it,
or you do a juice that has spinach in it, and all these different greens, and kale, and cucumber,
and apple, and if you do that, that's fine, and that's going to help your health in other ways,
but the self straight celery juice has a higher content of a special mineral salt that binds on
toxins in the liver specifically it goes in there it grabs on to everything and it pulls it out
that's a simplistic way to restore your health and i've seen it i mean i've seen it take people's
health to a whole new level and that came from spirit i've been using that for for decades to
help people and we can that's something we can just get in our health food shops is that how easy
How easy is that?
Yeah, you can go to a health food store.
You can go to a conventional store.
If you can't find organic celery, you get the conventional stuff.
Give it a good wash.
I'm not saying it's perfect, but it's still going to do.
It's still going to help.
It's really going to make a difference.
And you juice your celery, run it through there, run it through that juicer,
or go to a juice place if that's handy because your life is busy,
and make that step.
It's that profound.
It's that powerful and it's that important.
Wow.
Okay.
That's so helpful.
I'd not, I actually haven't heard of that one before.
Anything else for the liver?
Because it's such a big piece, isn't it?
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Simplicity once, simplicity, once again, apples.
See right now we're in a world where we're afraid of apples because of sugar and we're
afraid of fruit because of sugar.
And that's, there's a big misconception there actually to what sugars do what.
And so the blame game, it's like being blamed on something you didn't do.
And that's what happened to fruit.
Fruit got blamed on something it didn't do.
Instead, fruit watches our back.
It's got antioxidants.
Stops us from getting Alzheimer's.
Stops us from getting cancers.
It stops us from getting all these things.
That's what fruit does.
But what happens is people are afraid of apples now because they're told it's too much sugar.
This is a fad and a trend that's actually cheating people out of good things they need.
And look, for a good reason, though.
It's because people say, well, sugar's all bad, but they don't know how to separate which sugars are what.
But the point is that apples cleanse the liver also really in a way that's really powerful.
The skin of the apple has phytochemicals and antioxidants and polyphenols.
The skin of the apple does a lot for the lobules of the liver.
It purges these little lobules.
What happens is, and the pectin in the apple grabs onto toxins that are shooting out of the liver.
So the pectin in the apple is grabbing onto all of these toxins.
We can't ignore a simple food that's been here since mankind has been here to help us stay alive and stay healthy.
That's one great way.
So what do you do, an apple a day?
No, you do three apples a day.
That's how you change your liver structure.
Three apples a day.
This is a simple process that does more than all so many concoctions out there that are confusing and complicated.
It's about simplicity sometimes.
